So, just came back from my salary talk with the management. I must say that I am a bit disapointed, not because I did'nt receive the amount that I was askin for but mainly for the not so good arguments that was used. "I did not sell my self as good internally as I did externally" well, what to say... I use outlook in order to create my everyday reports and even if I posted my reports to the server I am sure that nobody would read them anyway, because no one did until now...
So, a new boss i comming, he is welcome and I hope that the structure and everyday reporting will be better.
One thing still on my mind though?! Why be cheap on the company car, I mean that is were I spend most of my time. I guess we figure it out anyway, but it does not make any sense.
The new screen to the computer is fixed and smartphone is organised so that is at least a good way to start.
I will be the test person for the smartphone, I like that...
I am soo looking forward to the end of the month I think it is time for all my hard work to pay off... Budget should be reached.
